Coach Day Trips, Benidorm

The beautiful Costa Blanca is home to some of Spain's most visited cities, towns and villages as well as a fantastic selection of attractions and days out, most of which can be visited on coach day trips from Benidorm. The city of Benidorm itself offers a huge range of things to do from a simple game of 10 pin bowling to adrenaline fuelled adventure tours, both on land and at sea. Aside from Benidorm's excellent golden sand beaches, there are shady parks and plazas, museums and art galleries, theme parks, aqua parks, boat trips, zoos and aquariums, fun arcades and a whole host of thrilling water sports.

Forget Driving

Having said this, it's nice when on holiday to enjoy a day when you don't have to plan anything, worry about getting lost on a journey or have to find parking in a foreign town or city. This is the beauty of coach day trips; just arrive at your pick up point on time, hop on a lovely air conditioned coach, sit back and relax, enjoy the journey and let your driver and guide take care of the rest.

Enjoy A Drink

Some of these coach day trips include a visit to a winery with wine tasting included, something you could not do if you were driving. Whatever your destination you can enjoy a few cold beers, wine or cocktails during your excursion, safe in the knowledge your trusty driver will get you back to your drop off point in Benidorm. With fierce competition between tour operators, coach day trips are usually excellent value for money and you would be hard pushed do them for the same price using your own or a hire vehicle.

Beware Blanket Tours

If you have ever been on holiday and been roped into a ‘Timeshare' talk by a street or hotel tout then you will know how pushy and thick skinned these sales people can be. Most people go to these talks and seminars on the promise of a free gift and not because they want to invest in a timeshare. Sometimes you get lucky and receive a free timeshare holiday or fancy set of luggage but most times you end up with a poxy T-shirt or baseball cap.

Blanket tours are a similar scam where touts will offer you a free coach or boat tour only to spend your entire time on the tour trying to sell you something, originally blankets but these days pretty much anything. So, unless you are thick skinned yourself and can totally ignore the sellers during your tour, it's best just to say no thank you.
