Moonlight Safari

Nightlife in Benidorm is lively, plenty-full and at times extremely raucous, but if you fancy getting away from it all for a night, a thrilling Moonlight Safari is balm to the soul. Having grown up in Africa, I know just how relaxing the wilderness can be when the sun goes down and have spent many an enchanting night under the stars. Driving off the beaten track at night is equally as enthralling, when the nocturnal animals venture out in search of dinner, or is it breakfast for them 🙂

Moonlight Safari

Marco Polo Expediciones know their game when it comes to outdoor adventure, activities and adrenaline sports, and their Moonlight Safari is not to be missed. You will experience a magical night when you take off inland through some of the Costa Blanca's most picturesque and striking landscape, following dusty tracks through valleys and mountains as the sun sets. Continuing into the night, you will get the chance to try and spot some wildlife under a shadowy canopy of trees, until the safari stops for a great night under the stars.

After your dusty journey, what better place to stop than the stunning Algar Waterfalls. Here you can take a dip and cool off before settling down to a delicious BBQ with refreshments and good music. Even in the height of summer the falls are icy cold due to their source being high in the mountains, so bring a towel and some warm clothing. Even if you choose not to swim, the safari is in open jeeps so you may want to at least bring a jacket.
