The restaurant interior is spacious with subdued lighting and authentic Chinese decor giving it a feel of the Orient. The smiling staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and provide an attentive service with nothing being too much trouble.

The a la carte menu is extensive and offers all the traditional Chinese favourites at exceptionally reasonable prices. Once seated, all diners are provided with free prawn crackers while they select from the menu and enjoy a drink. The cooking aromas from the kitchen are enticing and the food simply delicious. China Garden is definitely one of Benidorm's top Chinese restaurants and well worth a visit.

Wok Buffet Mandarin

This superb Asian buffet style restaurant is located on Avenida Doctor Severo Ochoa. It's a mix of Chinese and Thai cuisines and diners have a choice between a very reasonably priced three course set menu or a relatively more expensive, but by no means overpriced, ‘eat all you can' buffet. The restaurant has a bright neon lit exterior and a huge buffet and seating area indoors.

The excellent value for money, three course set menu option provides a wide range of delicious Chinese and Thai dishes to choose from and includes a half bottle of house wine in the price. Alternatively, diners can choose the Asian buffet with an impressive array of hot and cold foods. For a set price guests can help themselves to a huge selection of prepared dishes with everything from starters, salads, rices and noodles, fresh fish and seafood and hot main dishes to scrumptious desserts. For those wishing to experiment with ingredients and flavours, there's also an array of fresh raw vegetables, meats, fish and seafood to choose from and have expertly cooked by one of the chefs on the wok. For this option, there's also an assortment of marinades and sauces for diners to select to compliment their dish.

The Wok Buffet Mandarin is the perfect restaurant for all diners with large appetites, limited budgets and the desire to actually see and smell the food available before choosing what they eat. To top off your meal there's a superb range of delicious desserts and a freezer full of ice creams of different flavours to choose from.

Hong Kong

Located on Calle del Esperanto, Hong Kong Chinese restaurant is well established and has a faithful following amongst regular visitors and Benidorm residents alike. The attentive staff are friendly and helpful and offer both an a la carte menu and a set menu of the day. Both menus are very reasonably priced and great value for money with superb variety and generous portions.

The set menu offers a choice of three starters, a main course consisting of three different dishes of your choice on one platter, a dessert and a drink. On settling the bill, as a lovely gesture of gratitude, gentlemen guests are given a free shot of spirit and ladies are presented with a small gift. This delightful Chinese restaurant is a firm favourite in Benidorm and well worth a visit.

Restaurante Chino Casa de Oro

Situated on Calle Ibiza, this Chinese restaurant is part of the huge Chino group of Chinese restaurants in Spain. The Chino restaurants have a superb reputation and Casa de Oro is no exception. The interior is tastefully and elegantly decorated with some impressive wall murals. Serving staff are welcoming and friendly and the a la carte menu is extensive. There is also a good value set menu available offering three courses and a bottle of wine for an amazing price.

The restaurant interior is relatively small but there are a few tables to be had outdoors as well. It's advisable to book a table if you're planning on visiting Casa de Oro as the restaurant is extremely popular and fills up quickly especially during peak season. With unbeatable value for money and delicious authentic Chinese cuisine, this little gem provides a memorable dining experience.

The variety of Chinese restaurants available in Benidorm is astounding and the few covered in this article are only a sample of what can be found.
