Terra Natura

Set in 320,000 square metres of beautiful parkland, Terra Natura is a zoo with a difference. Divided into 4 themed areas, the park uses the latest concept in habitat design to allow visitors as natural an experience as possible, viewing the animals through invisible barriers. Through meticulous landscaping studies the designers and landscape engineers have created each themed zone to be as natural as possible, using trees and plants indigenous to their specific zone.

The park now boasts more than 3,000 examples of 70 tree species and 100 species of ornamental plants and shrubs. The park is situated in the same parkland area as its sister park Aqua Natura that offers visitors a great selection of exciting water slides, wave beach and Jacuzzi & spa area. Visitors to Terra Natura can purchase a supplementary ticket for Aqua Natura for just 12€.

Terra Natura Services

Throughout the park there are shady seating areas and picnic areas to enjoy refreshments and a bite to eat. If you prefer, you can enjoy a sit down meal in one of the park's cafés or restaurants. Terra Natura offers excellent services and facilities that include parking, a kennel service, electric scooter hire, free use of wheelchairs, customer service office and guided tours for a minimum group of 20 at 3.50€ per person. For those with limited mobility, the park is wheelchair friendly, although in places the walkways are quite steep. There is also reserved parking and seating, as well as adapted washrooms.

Terra Natura Zones

Europe – Here visitors can view fallow deer, reindeer, mountain goats, donkeys and peacock as well as some examples of Europe's plants and trees.

America – One of the park's most popular zones where you can see the mighty jaguar, black jaguar, lamas, armadillos, rhea, ocelot, parrots and various species of monkey.

Asia – Home to both the Sumatra and Bengal tigers, lion, Asian rhino, elephant, funky gibbons, porcupine, water buffalo and albino python.

Pangea – Here you can view some of the park's more scary creatures such as scorpions, giant tarantulas, green boa constrictors, various vipers and the highly venomous dart frog.

Terra Natura Opening Times & Prices

The park is open all year round from 10:00, April through to September and 10:30 for the other months of the year. Closing times vary according to peak and off season between 17:00 – 20:00 There are a wide variety of ticket prices including single day ticket for adult, senior and junior. Group tickets, VIP annual tickets and combined tickets that allow visitors to visit a choice of the other thrilling parks owned by the group. Prices start at 18€ for a senior or junior single day ticket. Please note: All prices may be subject to change.

Terra Mitica

Situated on the outskirts of Benidorm City is the thrilling Terra Mitica Theme Park. Set in a large area of parkland boasting tropical gardens, pools, waterways, children's play areas and shady seating areas.
